MRV Documents:
1. Online MRP Application (passport.gov.bd)
2. Printed Copy of the Application.
3. Colour Photographs -02 copies.
4. NID/Birth certificate online Base.

Travel Permit Documents :
1. Duly Filled Application Form ( Download Form)
2. Police Report (for lost passport)
3. Photo copy of lost Passport and visa page.
4. Proof of Bangladeshi Nationality.
5. Colour Photographs-03 copies (Passport size).
6. Fees.

CHILD ENDORSEMENT Documents :
1. Duly Filled Application Form ( Download Form)
2. Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or Hospital.
3. Passport copy of Parents along with originals.
4. Colour Photographs-03 copies (Passport size).
5. Fees.

Attestation Documents :
1. Prior Attestation from Ministry of law, justice and parliamentary affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For Indian National:
Prior Attestation from Ministry of Home and Hill Affairs dept. and MEA

Citizenship Renunciation Documents :
1. Application to Deputy High Commission - 03 sets.
2. Valid Original Passport(s)
3. Passport size Photo - 09 copies
4. Photo copy of Marriage Certificate (if any)- 03 copies
5. Affidavit of Citizenship Renunciation - 03 copies (1 set original & 2 set photo copy)
6. Photo copy of valid Resident Permit- 03 copies
7. Photo copy of all pages of all Bangladesh Passport-03 Sets.
8. Photo copy of Advise Letter from Indian Govt- 03 copies

NOC for repatriation of Dead Body Documents :
1. Death Certificate from Hospital/Nursing Home/Doctors.
2. Police Report.
3. Original Passport

Repatriation of undocumented Bangladeshi Nationals to Bangladesh Documents :
1. Nationality verification Report from Bangladesh,
2. Clearance from Local Home Dept.
3. Travel Permit (when applicable)

Passport / Birth Certificate Verification Documents :
1. Photo copy of Passport and visa page.
2. Birth certificate.
