The optional courier service is applicable per passport.

You can choose to have your passport delivered to your home or office address by opting for this service while submitting your application. The submission officer at the Visa Application Center for will collect the required address from you and your passport will be returned through courier service after processing. Please make sure to correctly indicate your delivery address in case it is different from your home address. This can be purchased at the time of the visa application submission and you will receive a reference number, which can be tracked on the courier company’s website in order to obtain an update about the courier process at any given time.

This charge is payable in cash or with credit/ debit card, includes all taxes of Goods & Service Tax –SGST @9% and CGST@9% and is over and above the Visa fee, Service fee or any other additional service charges as availed by the visa applicant.

You will receive text messages and email informing you step by step as your application is being processed until your passport is available for collection at your Visa Application Center or is being couriered to you. Please make sure you indicate the correct telephone number and email id while submitting your application.

This service is free of cost for all the applicants.

There is an optional form filling service at the Visa Application Centre.

Applicants can have their application forms filled in at the Visa Application Center. An employee of the VAC will fill in the data based on the information given by the applicant.

The form filling service is voluntary and is not related to the general help and information to the applicant which remains free of charge. The form filling service is no prerequisite to the completeness of the application and does not influence the decision on the application. The VAC cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

Visa Wherever you want is available at the Visa Application Centre.

The “Visa Wherever you want” enables you to complete your visa application process in the comfort of the place of your choice. Should you opt to schedule an appointment, we will come to collect your visa application form, the necessary travel documents at a convenient place of your choice. The Service is available to travel agents and applicants throughout West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Sikkim.

The fees for the “Visa Wherever you want Service” do not cover visa fee (if applicable), service fee and travel costs.

When enquiring about the Service, prospective applicants or travel agents for their groups are requested to provide the following details: name, surname, contact telephone number, place and date of providing application.

Please, note that this service can be ordered only through email or by calling the telephone number listed above.

• All documents for each application need to be filled out and should meet all the requirements specified by the Deputy High Commission/Embassy.
• The Service charge should be prepaid in local currency (INR) in cash or with credit/ debit card. All the fees include the Goods & Service Tax –SGST @9% and CGST@9%.
• The service charge is over and above the Visa fee (if applicable), Service fee or any other additional service charges as availed by the visa applicant.
• Applicants and travel agents should remit in advance to the designated bank account the relevant visa fee + service fee for each application.

Premium Lounge is available at the Visa Application Centre.

The Premium Lounge offers comfortable surroundings in dedicated facilities where you can receive a personalized service. Applicants selecting this optional service are being attended privately and save time by avoiding queues.

The optional Premium Lounge service is per application form.

By availing this service you may pay all fees (visa fees, service fees and all extra fees) in cash or with credit/ debit card.

The Premium Lounge service includes:

• Dedicated assistance and personal attention.
• Dedicated lounge where the application process is completed.
• Refreshments available for all applicants using the lounge.
• SMS and email alert on the status of your application.
• Form Filling, Photograph, Photo copy and Print outs.
• Courier service for return of your passport.

This charge includes all taxes of Goods & Service Tax –SGST @9% and CGST@9% and is over and above the Visa fee, Service fee or any other additional service charges as availed by the visa applicant.

There is an optional photocopy service fee of and INR 10 per black and white copy available at the Visa Application Center

There is an optional printout service fee per black and white printout page available at the Visa Application Center.

Availability to take printouts of emails or any other document at our Visa Application Centre. Please refer to our staff for access to this service.

There is an optional self-portrait service of INR 200 for 4 photographs.

Availability to take the photographs for applicants in case they need to avail the services. Please refer to our staff for access to this service.

Fast track service allow applicants to submit their application at the Visa Application Center without waiting in the queue
